Utah: Government Sponsored Discrimination

How does it feel to live in a place where the Governor and State openly hates you?
Do you want to know who is truly behind the high suicide rates of gay teens in places like Utah?  The state and the people who run it.

There is nothing like siting a 10 year old vote on a ban in which the countries attitude has shifted.  Where your own Governor stands before a nation and degrades you, your relationship and your family.  The state attorney general promoting homophobia sending hate mail to the Supreme Court that your an "affront" to the entire state and its citizens.

It has to be painful to wake up and pay taxes in a state that pays the salaries of this governmental hate group and the church that runs it.

I wonder how the Mormon Church, Governor Gary Herbert, or Attorney General Reyes would feel if they woke up and their marriages were expendable at the discretion of the general public. That every Mormon union was an AFFRONT to the state and all its citizens.  That Governor Herbert woke up to be an abomination because of his family.

Isn't the Mormon Church loosely affiliated with Christianity?  I think so.  Isn't there some thing about "love thy brother" and "treat others how you want to be treated"?

Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.  Governor Herbert, AG Reyes and the Mormon Church following Hitler in history by maintaining power by publicly repressing a minority group.  This corrupt self empowerment will lead to their painful, catastrophic end.  For even the Catholic Church has realized that they will cease to exist if it didn't do a redirect.

History repeated in Utah.  Very similar to the Spanish Inquisition and it took the GOVERNMENT to take down the tyrannical religious zealots and restore order.

Activist Governor, Gary Herbert is leading the charge into the dark side of history by pushing the Mormon agenda through his political position.

This abuse of power to harm LGBT families needs to be taken seriously, as does the role that the Mormon church has in this civil rights exercise.

IT IS CLEAR that Judge Shelby acted in accordance with the United States Constitution.  He did not reference the Book of Mormon or a Bible or a Qumran.  He followed the law of the land which is the US Constitution.  Sorry activist governor that you don't want to follow the rules.

Instead, you are about to waste $2 million of taxpayers money for YOUR own personal agenda.  Apparently, you don't have capable attorneys in your state to handle such cases.  You are going to push this money over to a firm in Idaho?  Really?  What does this say about your state?

What it says that your homophobic state cannot attract top talent because your bigotry repels educated intelligent people from wanting to work their.  Corporations who would probably set up shop there find a state that works with their anti-discrimination rules and hires based upon diversity.  No surprise.

You are going to waste $2 million on something that does not harm anyone when 16% of your child population lives in poverty?  What does that say about your ability to prioritize true issues, Governor?

It says that you are a puppet of the Mormon Church.  It says that you are violating the US Constitution by disregarding the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment.  Maybe if you pulled the Book of Mormon out of your ass and shove a copy on the US Constitution in, you would get a clear picture of Right versus Wrong.

The history of the world is recorded on the internet.  It is recorded in HD and in detail.  The world will watch you, your Church and your state spiral into the historical hell you created for yourselves.

Moronic Governor Gary R Herbert has to be one of the most pathetic people to ever be governor of ANY state.

You would think that he would have done a lessons learned about this whole scenario when Governor Christie in New Jersey realized that it was a battle not worth wasting tax payer money over in courts.

We understand that you would be the poster child for the complete collapse of the rest of the unconstitutional marriage bans, however you need an assist.You may want to invest in something called the internet.  Then get someone to show you how to Google.  That would be any 6 year old.  Then type in 14th Amendment.Wikipedia will have a wonderful explanation.  Including the fact the southern states had problems with letting blacks be citizens.  Click the highlighted words that say "Equal Protection Clause".Please read that it talks about how you cannot have discriminatory laws in states.  Specifically worded, " no state shall deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."  Denying same sex couples marriage is to deny equal protection.  YOU CANNOT HAVE LAWS APPLICABLE TO ONE GROUP THAT YOU CANNOT APPLY TO ALL.Sort of like that bitch Governor Mary Fallin in Oklahoma who denies her own national guard people benefits.  Another case of a activist Governor punishing the good people of their state for their own personal homophobic agenda.History is taking names and recording them, in more detail now than at any time in history.  The internet will be an eternal time capsule of the hateful decisions of that these bigots.  The world is watching and the LGBTQ and supporting community WILL NEVER FORGET.   

Utah Cuts Off Nose Over Gay Marriage

That is the money that the horrid state of Utah is going to dish out to stop people from getting federal benefits, promote homophobia and destroy any dignity they had left.
Seriously?  How many impoverished, hungry people could you feed and clothe for that $2 million dollars?

Who will be benefiting from the results of this fiscally irresponsible action?  Apparently, they had to find someone smart enough to represent this backwards state.  He is so stupid that he thinks defending an unconstitutional ban is "worthwhile". I would fire him right away for just being stupid.  Look around you!  The whole world is moving towards gay marriage.  Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes is going to go down in history like the captain of the Titanic!
If you see that Chris Christie had to throw in the towel, you would think that these homophobes would get a clue?
But I think we all know the real reason for this.  Once THIS ban is smashed, then all the other hateful bans on same sex marriage crumble....quickly.  Just like every other step in this battle, they try to draw it out.
Utah, pretend this is bandage and rip it off quickly!  The slower you pull off the bandage, the more it will hurt.
I thought this was a red state.  Don't they stand for fiscal responsibility?  I guess that a hateful bigoted homophobic agenda supersedes this.

Oberweis and Dillard Align with Hate Groups

On October 23, 2013 Jim Oberweis and Kirk Dillard have chosen to join the forces of evil when they aligned themselves with the hate group known as the Illinois Family Instititute.
As they claim to be "pro-family" they are really nothing more than a spin off of the Ku Klux Klan.  Why would someone running for United States Senate seat that is currently held by very popular Dick Durbin or Dillard trying to run for Governor hook up with the Illinois Family Institute cult?
We believe, it is because it is easier to motivate people through fear, distortions and intimidation than to inspire people with positive, honest engagement.
It is cheaper to use hate over truth.
Just look at what IFI cult has been able to do year after year.  David E Smith makes quite a lot of money promoting hate as cult leader of the IFI.  It's cheap and easy.  Pretty much like the medicine men of the 1800's.
Watching the boring and painful YouTube video.  He addresses the fact that he said things that people don't approve of, but won't go into details.
Details like he hates gays.  Got Brady kicked out of GOP majority leader because he backed gay marriage.  Or the fact that he hates immigrants.  As in his flying over Soldier Field ad.  "Illegal aliens are coming to take your jobs" scare tactic.
Dillard?  No one wants to back him. Sun Times article talks about his fund raising ability....or at they put it, he doesn't have any.
Pretty sure that Oberweis is going to go down like a lead balloon when everyone else figures out that he is worthless, hateful bigot.
When you pick sides with a hate group like Illinois Family Institute, you get what you give.  If you are focused on negative bigoted, narrow-minded ways, there is not much room for you to expand your voting audience to.  Certainly, gays and latinos are not going to vote for Oberweis or Dillard, no matter how much ice cream you shove in their faces.

Bishop Paprocki: The Exorcist Wanna Be

So, Governor Quinn signs the marriage equality bill for Illinios on November 20,2013.  Extending rights and benefits that the federal government will grant in non-discriminatatory states with marriage equality.

Bishop Thomas Paprocki from the satanic church of ill repute in Springfield Illinois whips up the Klan and holds an exorcism.

Illinois Family Institute: They're All Gonna Laugh At You

The cult going by the name Illinois Family Institute is FREAKING out!

If you listen to all the NO voting representatives, they were talking about the scriptures, bibles or Jesus.

God does not have a voter registration card in the state of Illinois.  He doesn't pay taxes.  God is not just Jesus.  Jesus was not a white guy, speaking english.  Nothing says that Jesus never had sex with anyone.  No where does it say that he never had sex with another man.  In fact, it talks about how Jesus used to greet other men with a kiss.

As for the bible in all this, it is not the law.  The bible is not the law anywhere on the planet.  In fact, marriage is defined by the states or by a country.  Countries are run by government governed by constitutions.
If you want to look at history and oppressive empires run by religion, look to the Spanish Inquisition or the Church of England for examples of ruling by religious oppression.

Even the Pope is abandoning the Catholic protocol of hating gays.  Cardinal Francis George needs to realize that he is steering his flock in the wrong direction.  The history books and museums will boldly post that he was similar to those who conducted the Spanish Inquisition.

Go ahead and pass the discriminatory clauses of SB 10 Religious Freedom and Marriage Fairness Act.  We will have that inclusive discrimination ruled unconstitutional and struck down in court.  Religion has no place in government.

What we all need to work on is the Freedom From Religion Act.  It should be structured so that laws cannot be influenced by religion.  As with marriage equality battle here, religious cults were influencing members.  Hence the sad "Where's the bible?" blather after the bill is passed.  It should further include that religious leader cannot take political office or they must abstain from any religious influence or applications during their tenure.  Otherwise, they are severely taxed in their congregation.  As we have seen Cardinal Francis George calling and influencing this political process.  The Catholic Church should have ALL its property assessed and taxed for direct involvement with the workflow of this bill.

Clearly, Muslim people should not be forced to laws created while legislators are under the influence of Jesus.  Illinois Family Institute members made it clear that they think that Mohammed was a pedophile.  That the holy bible is the only word of God.  Every word is "perfect".

So, to all the whining idiots (who look as pathetic as those who voted for Mitt Romney and were shocked when he lost to Obama) do us all a huge favor.  Shut up.  Move on.  We will not let your heterosexual marriages and divorces effect our gay marriages.

The March On Springfield: What's Next?

Veni, Vidi, Vici translates to We Came, We Saw and We Kicked Ass!

Tracy Baim, co-founder of the Windy City Media Group came to all those distressed this summer with the idea of the March.  She stayed the course and the vision came to life bigger and better than anyone expected.  Even with the rain.

One of the performers said that it wasn't raining, "it was rainbowing".  It was this type of positive energy that could be felt and was contagious throughout the crowd that was estimated over 3000 strong.

The right politicians were showing up to this historical event.  The Governor, the SB 10 bill sponsors, Attorney General and even Dick Durbin.

Lurking in the shadows and trying to mix in where creepers from the Illinois Family Institute, such as villainous David Norck.  Recording the event to come up with strategy on how to counter act logic and reason with moronic religious bullshit and lies that IFI is notorious for. 

This March was a class production.  Tracy and the cosponsors covered the gamete of the LGBTQS community.  Including many of the credible religous community.  Who truly preach that Love is Love.  Just like Jesus would have done 2000 years.

March around the capitol was just as inspiring.  People in office buildings across from the Capitol held up Pride flags and waved in excitement.

Chants like "Harris and Madigan, Don't make us sad again" could be heard far down the block and probably in the Capitol proper.

Notably missing from the entire event, Mike Madigan.  Really?  His daughter, Lisa, has bigger balls than he does.  Hey Mike, do your fucking job and pass this bill.  Your lips are moving that you support this, now put some action behind it to make it happen.  Lip service equates to lies when you don't even try.  GLN did a banner unfurl and whistle blow in the rotunda outside Madigan's office.  Remained inside his office.  No response.  Typical behavior of "No Show Mike".

What is next?  Demonstrations and protests through out the state.  Mainly people like Madigan, obviously.  New target is Oberweis.  Who sided with the reprobate IFI on the wrong side of history.

Jim Oberweis announced that he would be running against Dick Durbin for his senate seat.  I don't know who to laugh harder at, Oberweis or Dillard running for Governor.

Oberweis has a horrid record on immigrants and LGBTQ communities.  He is a huge blimp of a man who should consider losing a couple pounds so that Macy's doesn't think that one of their floats drifted away.

Isn't funny that homophobic men such as Oberweis, Chris Christie and David E Smith suffer from the sin of gluttony?

People should be calling their reps and schedule an appointment to meet them.  Tell them to pass this bill now!  If your rep refuses, gather a group to demonstrate at their office.  It freaks the bajesus out of them.  Make sure you tell them that LGBTQ community will run our own candidate against them that uses the constitution and not the bible to make laws.

Barilla and homophobic Russian Olympics

Everyone should look REALLY hard at the response the worldwide boycott has had on pasta giant Barilla. Guido Barilla near tears apologizing for his homophobic words.  "If gays don't like it, they can eat another pasta.". Not very good marketing strategy.
This whole incident should be labelled 'The Barilla Syndrome'.
This is what the sponsors of the Sochi Russia winter Olympics should be feeling.
When the Olympic sponsors are crying because they are boycotted, then and only then will the International Olympic Committee move these games.
McDonalds released today their new healthier menu.  Boycott it!  Coca Cola, Boycott it!  Samsung is releasing a new watch computer gizmo.  Boycott it!
Let them know any LGBTQ suffrage means we all suffer.
The IOC shows their hypocritical colors in turning a blind eye to their own charter.  Specifically section about nondiscrimination.
The end result is one incident, will ricochet around the world like an Italian homophobe blathering his hateful words.
However, chances are, a Russian incident will likely include bloodshed.  Olympic committee striping athletes medals because they are expressing who they are as people will be turned into a "political" statement.

Who does the Olympic committee think they are fooling at this point?  Let's face it, this is about cash and not Olympic spirit.
If it has Olympic rings on it stay away.  It doesn't look any better for the sponsors.
Does McDonald's want to end up with Coca Cola in Barilla-land right now?  We need to push on these Olympic sponsors in the same manner that everyone did with Barilla.
Everyday that a LGBTQ person has to remain silent because of legislation, is another day that the whole world suffers.

StonewallAGAIN: Our Time Has Come

When we look at where the LGBT community is today, we have to really thank the B and the T.  For if those founding drag queens hadn’t starting kicking off their heels and run into the night screaming, we would be in a similar situation to what our Russian brothers and sisters are currently in.  State imposed genocide.

Sochi Winter Olympic Games presents us with a unique scenario to reflect about where we are as a community.  This is a time for us to unite.  However, it is a time to us all to really reflect on WHO we are and HOW we treat each other in our own community.

When people talk about LGBT, they think Gay Gay Gay.  There are other letters in the acronym, but they fall silently away.  LGBT is more than young white underwear models with tight tuchus and pretty hair.  Sadly, that is what people see in their mind.  Or the opposite is true, dirty lecherous creeper in a raincoat flashing children.  In reality we know that we are not that.

That hidden in the Pride Flag rainbow there are different shades of Purple, Blue and Pink that represent the bisexual and transgendered people.  I think now is exactly the time for these colors to shine through.  I think that we need to have a conversation about who B and T are and why it is important to recognize them.

In the general population, people do not understand the gay community.  Obviously in Russia, they have no concept of diversity or recognizing individualized contribution that each person brings to their culture.  As we have seen and I have personally experienced, if you say you exist then people are aware.  I personally am out at work.  It doesn’t matter and no one cares.  If anything, people come up to me and ask me questions about my world.  They genuinely want to understand me and share in my life.

I think the Bi and Trans world are in a similar situation within the LGBT community.  No one understands them.  I know that I didn’t understand until I started to talk to and be around openly bisexual and transgender people.  They are real.  Once they became a real entity in my world, I could ask questions; hear what they did differently than me and what they were interested in.  We have lot of the same things in common.

So as we face this great tradgity in our community about Russian oppression, we need to reach out to help and help with understanding.  We need to make sure that we are reaching out to everyone in this community including the B and the T.  Just like in ’Blackhawk Down’, we leave no one behind.  Our outreach to these people needs to extend to ALL.  EVERYONE must learn to understand that it is more than just GAY people that are affected.  That each one of these letters in LGBT has special needs and respect.

When it comes to marriage equality, it is the same thing.  If we strip ourselves of our self imposed labeling, regardless of lesbian, intersex or bisexual, and simply calling our person as HUMAN.  You should be able to marry the HUMAN that you love regardless of anything else.  This should be important to all of us.  To share our lives with the HUMAN that we love.  Build a home and have children with the HUMAN that we love.  Practice the religious dogma with same said HUMAN.

We are here for a finite time.  We should all respect each other in a humane capacity.  Whatever the letter you should label yourself with, embrace it and identify with it.  Reach out to another letter when the opportunity comes and acknowledge that.  If you don’t know how to act around another letter, treat them like an H for HUMAN.  I’m sure it will go over great.

Be careful when you are making friends.  Make sure they are not your enemy trying to infiltrate your world to use against you.

This is specifically what Illinois Family Institute's David Norck did Father's Day 2013.  He entered a mass for AGLO, a gay catholic group which invited head homophobe Cardinal Francis George to conduct the mass of their 25th anniversary.

Unbeknownst to most people, Mr. Norck would appear to be like any other parishoner.  However, seeing him speaking at many IFI hate rallies, he was identitified and called on the carpet.

What is truly disturbing, is witnessed in the picture above.  Gays attending the same mass, shout back that David is one of them.  "He is not a homophobe. He is on our side."

I informed them that David was essentially the devil himself.  He is part of IFI and MassResistance.
David is no friend of the gays.

This exchange happened as is wife, Mrs. Homophobe quietly left the service and walked across from the protest.  Soon met by David "Homophobe" Norck.  As pictured above.

This reporter followed behind Mr. Homophobe shouting "homophobia kills" until he met his wife across the street with the two unknowing gays.  Shortly after I outed him to the two gay gentlemen, he scurried off, like the rat that he truly is.

In fact, David has been at nearly every IFI protest from Aurora to Downers Grove.  Pushing the hateful agenda to the mindless flock that follows him.

So, as a word of caution: if you are going to hang out with den full of people that want nothing more than to erase your way of life, there will be a stray or two that are going to follow you out the door to try and rescue your soul.  People like David Norck, David E Smith and Peter LaBarbera have nothing on their mind but containment and obliteration of anything not in their biblical interpretation.

Cardinal Homophobe

Father's Day 2013, Cardinal Francis George lead mass in honor of AGLO 25th anniversary.  Why his homophobic bigotness would pretend to treat a gay Catholic congregation equally as a heterosexual crowd is befuddling.

Cardinal George has been vehemently attacking the gay population forever.  Latest has been his influencing political leaders to prevent passage of SB10.  The bill would provide marriage equality to all Illinoisans regardless of sexual orientation.

Joe Murray founder of Rainbow Sash stood and turned his back on the Cardinal during his service.  Joe was refused communion by the Cardinal for his stand.  A choir member went for communion a second time to get the host for Joe.  Her behavior was more like Christ than the Cardinal's.

Cardinal Francis George takes the word hypocrite to new levels.

The real reason that Cardinal George wants to keep spinning the same sex marriage issue is a smoke screen. If you are focused on creating controversy on gay marriage, then people are not going to look at the pedophilia problem.  Giving him time to put a bandage on this gaping wound.  After all, it is very realistically the reason that the previous pope has to go into retirement.  Either for his poor management of the problem or his possible personal behaviors.

Why do these gay Catholics think that they are actually being treated as equals.  Several conversations, remarks and inside reports have the same hateful denial.  Some believe that their constant positive pressure will somehow result in a better understanding.  Is this hope or just a self deluded desire?  That has yet to be seen.

Final issue with this homophobic Cardinal from hell is his participation in influencing the legislative process.  This should most definitely be investigated with regards to the tax exempt status of the church and most certainly, Cardinal Francis George personally.

TFP.org: Modern Day Nazi's or Homophobic Catholics?

Chicago is the scene here.  The resemblance between hate groups such as Tradition, Family and Property (TFP) and Nazi Party are splitting hairs.http://www.tfp.org/

Aliens (non-citizens) must be expelled from the Reich.  Again looking to the TFP and IFI (Illinois Family Institute) doctrines, their philosophies are very similar: " safeguard and advance public morality consistent with Biblical Christianity."  They feel that they are doing the right thing to impose THEIR Biblical morality on the public.  Basically for our own good.  That would be to rid the community of homosexuals.

Their vision is only to have families who breed via one man one woman concept.  Their is no other family construct.  Single mothers and dads are thrown into the oven with the gays, as far as they are concerned.
In the case of the IFI, they are familiar with "dehomosexualization".  Having "former lesbians" as speakers.  You can no more be "dehomosexualized" than you can be forced to be "homosexualized".

What consistently is amazing is that legislators believe this crap.  Falling for the nonsense like it is acceptable or intelligent.

The visualization from TFP is very Medieval   Bagpipes, banners and draped in red sashes pushing their agenda of hate.  Many of the young men looking like part of the Aryan youth.
They don't even try to hide it in their philosophy.  They outright believe that war between Islam and Christians is acceptable.  The Crusade is part of life.

What is is going to take for Illinois House members to get on board with the fact that their job is to uphold and defend the constitution of the United States?  Providing equal protection under the law.  NOT THE BIBLE.
